Question: When I accelerate, the car pulls strongly to the left. What could be going on?

I hate it so very much

It could be the tire pressure is low on one side, or you may have bent a suspension part by hitting a pothole. It also could be an indication of a problem with the front drivetrain (transaxle or CV joints).

Did it always pull? There is something called 'torque steer' that can show up under heavy acceleration, but it would have always been there.

Getting the tires, brakes, front suspension and front drivetrain inspected is a good place to start.
