Question: when i go to take off the car spuddrers and wont move then finally takes off what could cause this?

just replaced fuel pump and filter to try and it fixed it only about half way also all new spark plugs and wires also gap and roter

Check the engine computer for any stored fault codes as a first step.

Sounds like maybe some air leaks or maybe a MAF? Check the codes....
