Question: When I try to start my truck why does it make a hissing noise?

It's been a cold couple of weeks, down to -25 and when I try to start my truck it just makes a hissing noise. It always starts fine after the 2 or 3 try and runs fine once its on. Where do you think the problem is coming from? Starter plugs, fuel problem, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
