Question: When my truck idels it starts missing.

I changed the coil pack, plugs and wires and ran fuel injector cleaner through for about 1000 miles and still misses, what is my problem?

You could have a vacuum leak. You can spray carb cleaner around the intake and vacuum hoses. If the idle smooths out you have to pinpoint the leak. If does not smooth out you will need to do a compression test to make sure the engine is good. If the compression is good you could have a bad injector. When the check engine light comes on it should tell you which cylinder it is.
