Check your owner's manual. It will have a list of the recommend service items for that millage. You can also check our servicing your car section for service recommendations as well.

As to where to take it, contact your insurance agent.

They should have a list of shops they use. Those shops must maintain a certain level of quality and competitiveness for them to be used (or recommended) by the insurance company.

Also ASE certification indicates a certain level of proficiency as well.
