Question: where is the FDM module located and how can I tell if it has been replaced?

My car us hesitating, and, shuttering. I have done a tune up consisting of changing plugs plug wires, oil, oil filter, changed a vacuum hose, replaced the mass air flow sensor. I had a computer diognostic done and was told that it was, running lean, not getting enough fuel. I was reading some information on the FDM module and that there was a recall on them. I bought this car second hand and have no idea if the previous owner had the recall done. So my next step is to change the fuel filter and then after that the o2 sensors.
