Question: which oil is the best

my engine took an extra amount of oil and my engine made 65 miles and it's status not bad
what u recommend me to select the best motor oil?/

I use valvoline 5-30 oil for gas engines. But if you have a turbo you need to run what ever the manufacturers says. That goes for the diesel also. The best thing to do is call your local dealer.
