Question: which place would you recommend for getting an oil change.

There are so many places you can take your car to for oil changes and other jobs. i am looking for some guidance on which of these places i could go to that would provide quality & trustworthy service. any recommendations you could give would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much.

I'm not sure where you are located, but there are always a few good - and bad shops around. Best bet is to ask friends, family, coworkers etc where they take their vehicles for service.

Usually a smaller shop that specializes is your best bet. Look for a clean shop with good equipment.

Avoid "Quick Lube" type fast service shops. I can't count how many cars I've seen towed in as a result of their quick-buck mentality and inexperienced people they hire.

Tyler, thank you very much for your response.

Do you have the ability to recommend actual names of good places around our area? Zip code is 30076.

We appreciate the help.

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
