Question: why am i getting a misfire on cylinder 4 although i just did a tune up?

After recently replacing the O2 sensor (bank 1), and replacing plugs and wires my car is still reading a misfire on cylinder 4. This misfire was logged before the tune up and after. My personal mechanic said after tests he doesnt believe its the coil pack.

If the tests don't indicate the coil is the problem, then it could be the spark plugs, or the cylinder itself. When the plug is pulled, is it oily or wet? It could also be a valve stuck open or closed, a compression test or cylinder leak-down test would reveal that info.
