Question: Why am I losing performance?

My car is starting to lose its mileage and isn't acting the same. When I'm driving below 65-75 it sounds like it is driving on an unfinished road; making this weird vibrating sound when I'm driving. Also its starting to catch when I'm accelerating and there is a miss whenever I am idling. Could this be a simple fix or am I most likely looking at a large repair bill?

At mileage this low, if it's major, it should be covered under warranty. So it's worth having it diagnosed before it gets worse.
