Question: Why are my headlights turning off?

My headlights will turn off without warning even while driving at night. The parking lights, dashboard and everything else stays lit and working properly. Do I need to replace a fuse somewhere?

It's worth checking the headlight fuse, but the problem can be caused by any component in the headlight circuit, including the switch or DRL unit. To start with the fuse, you can find the location of the fuse box and a diagram of the fuses in the owner's manual. If you don't have the owner's manual, you can download one from the Chevrolet website. The next step is some electrical troubleshooting that will require a wiring diagram.
