Question: Why does my car rpm go to the number 3 when on "PARKING"?

When on and on "PARKING" the rpm meter goes to the number 3 and also while driving and only doing 10mph it goes to the 4 on rpm... And when I do not make a complete stop it starts to jump backwards... Is this fixable???

Sounds like you should tow it into a repair shop for a look. Maybe something minor, it's hard to tell from your description whats going on exactly. It may need a new transmission etc.
