Question: why does my jeep blow out tranny fluid after driving a short while & then smoke from the fluid hitti

replaced tranny with a used one. it drives like it is holding back, but it will go until it blows out tranny fluid

Is it filled properly? Cooler lines hooked up correctly? Maybe an issue with the transmissions hydraulics... hard to say. Where does it blow out of?
