Question: Why does my steering wheel vibrate and pull to the right while driving or braking at high speeds

My steering wheel makes noises while turning. It also vibrates and shakes a little at high speeds. When I brake it pulls slightly to the right. I also hear grinding in the front when I brake.

Additionally, my driver side rear passenger window will occasionally not roll back up when I use the main driver power window buttons. I have to use the rear window button itself to roll it back up. Occasionally my driver side seat belt gets stuck and will not allow me to fasten it around my waist.
