Question: why does my truck have no acceleration or power in wont move

when its cold its ok not fine
i've changed out the fuel air spark plugs and the wires
ive clean the egr solenoid the throttle positioner the fuel regulator i've checked for a vacum leak by spaying carb cleaner when its cold and starting the engine i had the catalytic converter checked its fine
i've rewired the starter relay to make sure there wasnt any shorts help me please i'm about to shoot the truck and put it out of my misery.

The ignition module and pick up coils for the primary ignition system in late 80s Fords fail quite often. It could cause issues like you are describing. I would also check to make sure the advance (both vacuum and centrifugal) is working correctly in the distributor.
