Question: why doesn't my passenger brake light work

the passenger brake light does not work in my 2003 dodge durango, the bulb is fine, all fuses seem to be fine, although i could not find a brake light fuse, and the socket seems fine tested it on blinkers, what else could cause this, all the other lights are working, however, the blinkers on the passenger side is extra fast. would appreciate any help

Any corrosion or melting on the socket? Is the bulb new? Check for power at the socket with the brake applied...
