Question: why is car skipping

Have changed spark plugs air filter valve cover gasket starts skipping about 45 mph and up only when I accelerate rpms no problem or gas milage

Have it scanned for codes. If there are no codes, have the fuel pressure, MAF sensor and TPS tested.
