Question: why is my car still over heating?

I just had the V belt, serpentine belt, water pump, timing belt kit, spark plugs, thermostat, gasket set, and rear timing cover replaced. I drive on the freeway 15 miles and it overheats just as before. What else can be wrong?

Perhaps either the radiator is plugged or restricted, or the cooling fan isn't coming on.
