Question: Why is my key stuck in my ignition between accessory and lock?

Recently, it's been a little tough to get the key in and out of the ignition. I had to push it in really hard and wiggle it a bit. When I went to turn off the car today, the key wouldn't come out. Looking at it closer, the key was between accessory position and lock position. I was able to remove the key, but I don't want to risk getting it stuck again. What can I do?

I am sorry to say but you need a new key tumbler. You need to have it replaced right away. Nothing else you can do.
