Question: why is my oil light on?

my oil light is flashing but the pressure is fine i have a new sending unit and the bearings were replaced im assuming since the pressure is fine the pump is okay as well. what else should i check?

Start by replacing the 'idiot light' with a mechanical gauge, about $20 aftermarket from a parts store. Then you won't be making assumptions about the pressure and will have a useful gauge.
