Question: why is my problem opposite from everyone elses.

Ok so 94 cavalier 3.1 car runs awful and stalls. my brake booster is one problem,. my delema is when i pull my vacuum hose from the booster my car should want to die right? well when i pull it and just let it suck my car runs great like a champ. as soon as i plug it back in it dies. ??? why

You have to much fuel going in the engine. Pull the line off the fuel pressure regulator. If fuel comes out of the regulator you need to replace it. The other thing is make sure you don't have a vacuum leak. It will cause a to much fuel in the engine.
