Question: why is this car overheating?

changed the water pump, changed the thermostat, changed the fan switch, changed the temperature sensor switch. empty and refilled coolant. still gets hot. dealer had it all day and still cant give me an answer. any clues or thoughts?

Does the cooling fan work? Could be as simple as a defective fan motor that stops spinning when the fan motor heats up. Another possibility is you don't have enough air flow through the radiator. This can be caused by bugs or debris in the radiator fins, or some of the plastic air dams are missing or broken. And the radiator itself can be partially restricted so you are not getting proper coolant flow.
