Question: Why those engine get hot when I'm standing for 5 minutes

As long as I'm driving my Suzuki XL7, is okay. But if I stop for long while with out moving, the engine gets hot. Why those this happens

Check to make sure your electric fans are working. Start the car and let it get hot. The fans should come on. One way to see if the fans work is turn on the A/C. If the fans come on you know they work. Then you have to find out why the computer is not turning on the fans when it gets hot.
