Question: Why won't my car turn over?

The lights come on, radio works, inside dings when doors are open. Battery, alternator, starter, and ignition have been replaced. Have checked the relay fuse already.

Wiring to the starter okay? Starter relay? Ignition switch?

Try checking for power at the starter connections. B+ terminal should be hot all the time, the solenoid wire hot with the key turned to start.

You can also try jumping the solenoid wire and see if that makes it work.
