Question: why wont my clutch handle move left or right when in nuetral

I checked if anything was blocking its range of motion. Found nothing.I dis find a burnt rubber sleeve foe the 1st n 2nd shift above the convertor.

You need to replace the bushing. Then recheck. Also have someone move the shifter to make sure it's moving. I have seen once that the problem was inside the trans. It have to be replaced.
