Question: Why won't my remote work?
My 12v battery discharged. I jump started it and drove it to the Toyota dealer. Everything checked OK including battery, alternator and 0 drain on battery test. Both my remote controls no longer work. I replaced both batteries with new CR2016 and nothing changed. Still they do not function. Dealer checked remotes and both are functioning normally. Dealer says the problem is with the car. What needs to be done to make these remotes work properly?
