Question: Why won't truck start?

Truck will crank but not start, I've changed so far with no results the timing chain, fuel filter, ignition module, distributor cap, and rotor, and the crank shaft sensor. It's getting 58psi of fuel, nd I have spark to the distributor just not sure if getting anything out of it. Anyone have a answer for me.
