It stall whenever you take your foot off the gas such as at lights, and on turns. We have tried replaceing the fuel filter, cleaning the carb and adjusting the idle speed and nothing has worked so far.

It sounds like you have a problem with the idle circuit. Check for vacuum leaks, replace all necessary tune-up parts, set timing and adjust the idle mixture.
