Question: why would my car make a a buzzing noise?

Kind of a high pitch sound that only last for a few seconds at a time.

Where is the noise coming from? Outside the car? Inside? Under the hood? One of the tires? Diagnosing a sound over the internet is pretty difficult, so you'll have to provide as much info as possible. Or you may want to have a shop listen to it to get a better diagnosis.

Went to dealership and they said there was a broken weld on the heat shield that was causing the noise. they have ordered a clamp set from the factory. Thank you.
