Question: Why would the lights on the dash board and the fuel gage flicker?

After I have been driving for a while, the attention bell rings and then the fuel indicator will go back to empty then kick back up to the correct fuel level, the head lights will flicker if its on auto, and the security light will come on. The speed gauge is not affected and when i have the alternator checked it was okay, the battery checked out okay.

Sounds like a problem with the battery connections or a grounding issue. Maybe loose or corroded connections in the wiring harness.
