Question: will a bad bushing on the bottom of my strut cause uneven tire wear?

both of my back tires lean and i noticed that the bushings on the bottom of my struts are bad. my tires wear on the inside but not the outside.

Strut mount bushings are not usually a cause of tire wear, but there are plenty of other bushings that can cause tire wear, along with the alignment being off. Here's some info on how to inspect some other suspension components:
