Question: windshield washers throwing liquid

Hi, I have an issue with the front windshield washers, they were ok, but yesterday I noticed that when I'm driving both washers throw a little amount of liquid to the glass, that happens without pulling the lever. If I pull the lever it sprays normally.

The weird thing is that when I'm driving and there's any vibration because of the road, then the washers throw a little spread of liquid.

Please help!

Fluid is staying in the lines. The washer fluid should go back into the tank. But it sounds like it's not. I would check to make sure that there is no kinks in the line.
