Question: Wipers turn on themselves after multi function switch replacement

I have a 98' town and country, that has a problem where the wipers will turn themselves. I have replaced the switch, two times. The fuse, I have not done the motor yet. And I am hoping to get an idea on what it even is and before I dump more money into it, how I can fix it.

You will have to check the wires going down the steering column. Then the wires going out the fire wall. If they are all ok. Then I would replace the motor.
