Question: won't start

possible problem with the ecm.I chnged the starter and fuel pump,no luck.The ecm may have gotten wet from a leak around cracked windshield which has been replaced.Engine cranks,slowly.Bad battery?IIt is a used jun yard battery,it has about a half charge-330 cca.IT IS A 650 CCA BATTERY.I KNOW THE TRUCK ONLY CALLS FOR A 450 CCA BATTERY.IS THIS BAD ?I need to know what else I can check.I have a moderate amunt of experience and tools.

Do you have a check engine light come on at all? It should come on with key on for a while. If not you have a burnt bulb or a bad ecm (or a wiring issue)

Battery sounds too weak. Try jumping it.
