Question: wont start

Hi, I have a 1999 grand Cherokee Laredo that I use as a spare vehicle. I drive it maybe a couple times a month. So of course the battery died and I brought a new one and as soon as I hooked it up the electric fan comes on (it never did that) and I tried to crank it and it would just spin but never start. Mind you It always starts right up. And I also noticed the my TCM fuse under the hood is "buzzing" once the key is in the on position. I give up.

Below is a link to a good troubleshooting article. It sounds like you've got an electrical problem on your hands, and if you don't feel like taking it on, you may want to take it to a qualified repair shop:
