Question: wont start3100

Have spark,have fuel to plugs,wants to start just wont, any ideas, PLZ!

Maybe the exhaust is plugged.

An exhaust back pressure test will tell you very quickly if it is plugged. If you have anything over 2 to 3 pounds of pressure, chances are good the cat is plugged.
