Question: would my timing be off?

i recently had my timing belt changed 190,000 Km and since it has been changed i have been having issues with my vehicle idling rough and or stalling out.Would this be an issue with the timing being off.the garage that did the timing belt replacement said that the timing is set at the factory,and they do anything to the timng itself,just change the belt.Is this true or is it possible they screwed up the timing on thecar.?
she is misfiring on #4 cylinder

Check the fault codes from the engine computer, check mechanical timing, check condition of cylinders with active misfires. Check injectors, plugs etc etc
