I had a brake light issue. I called and was told I could bring it in the next morning. I got up the next morning to a dead battery because the lights were on all night. They could’ve allowed me to bring the care the evening I called and I wouldn’t have had to call someone for a jump. They didn’t get to it the first day but they tried to start the car which was dead again. They called me saying, “Is there some trick to starting your car? I can’t get it to turn over.” A mechanic should be able to tell when a battery is dead. There was a lot of attitude when I dropped my car off as well. They didn’t know if they would have time to look at it because “I’m booked up every hour!” That’s not the customer’s issue and it’s poor customer service. They claimed to have put my battery on the charger. I went out the next day and the battery is dead again. I’m not at all pleased with the service or the cost. I know a lot about cars despite being a woman. As I’m disabled I’m not able to do the work and I expect the people I entrust with my car to know what they’re doing and to do so while providing appropriate customer service. I won’t be taking my car back to Plaza Tire which is a shame because I’ve been taking my car there for years but the past couple times I’ve taken it I’ve been displeased with the service.
